Hydraulic quick couplings

The connection of these quick couplings is done by screwing of both parts into the end possition. We can offer screw quick couplings in 3 basic series:

• series PVV3 AG quick release coupling with common externat thread according to DIN 2353
• series PVV3 AGS quick release coupling with prolonged external thread according to DIN 2353
• series PVV3 IG quick release coupling with internal thread according to DIN2852

PLT4 ecological quick release couplings

This type of quick couplings is used especially where is specialemphasis on environmental performance. Body design ensures minimal leakage during connection and disconnection of the hydrauliccircuit. We can offer these couplings in 3 basic series:

• series PLTE AG quick release coupling with common external thread according to DIN2353
• series PLT4 AGS quick release coupling with prolonged external thread according to DIN 2353
• series PLT4 IG quick release coupling with internal thread according to DIN 3852

RK12 bayonet quick release couplings

This type of quick couplings is mainly used inland and is not compatible with quick coupling according to DIN norm. It is a small difficulty for the customers, since it is not interchangeable. Because of their relatively wide use are offered in our sales range. This type of couplings can be used up to maximum working pressure of 180 bar.

Dust protection for quick release couplings

Dusters are used for plaging of sockets or plugs. They are made from PVC or polyethylene in various color combinations. Dusters are divided according to types of couplings in the following series:

• SPAV for PPV3
• SPVV for PVV3
• SPLT for PLT4
• dust for socket RK12
